This policy explains what Shreylla Jewellery (“we”) does with your personal data when you visit or buy from this website. We keep it short and specific on purpose.

What we never collect
We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking credentials. Prepaid payments are handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway; we only receive a success or failure result and a reference number.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies:
- Essential: keep you signed in to your session and remember your bag. These cannot be switched off without breaking checkout.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand which pages and products people actually use.
- Advertising: the Meta Pixel, to measure whether our Instagram and Facebook ads lead to orders and to show you relevant ads.
You can accept or decline the non-essential cookies from the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Who we share data with
- Courier partners, so they can deliver your parcel: your name, address, PIN code and phone number.
- Payment gateway, to process prepaid payments.
- Email and WhatsApp providers, to send order notifications.
- Government authorities, where the law requires it, for example GST filings.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your contact details with other retailers.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for 8 years, as Indian tax law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Abandoned cart records are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email info@shreylla.com from the address on your order and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting data does not remove invoices we must keep by law.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. For WhatsApp, reply STOP and we will remove you from the broadcast list. Order notifications about a purchase you made are transactional and continue regardless.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Administrative access is password protected, passwords are stored hashed, and forms are protected against cross-site request forgery. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
Children
This store is intended for shoppers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you directly, tell you by email.
